Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at clayandcoind@gmail.com with your order number.

After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return it as per our return policy.

Refund Process

No refunds will be provided. Exchanges are permitted only within 48 hours of delivery, subject to submission of an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged product on our registered WhatsApp number.
